EcoTaxi Moscow is a mobile service for waste collection and environmentally responsible waste separation and recycling. The idea of the project is easy: people order an eco-taxi for their waste to be picked up that is then correctly sorted and recycled. The project was first launched in 2013 in Chelyabinsk and Perm and now is also present in Moscow and Volgograd, with more cities to follow. The project is the first of its kind in Russia and engages people to follow the principle of "Zero Waste". EcoTaxi Moscow is a for-profit organization with strong social responsibility.
