The activist Alexander Avdevich opened the coffee shop "Inclusive Barista" in Minsk, with an elevator and entrance doors suitable for customers in wheelchairs. Its employees are people with disabilities. The second coffee shop opened in November 2020 and Vasily Pavlikov became the director of the chain, he is the first head with Down syndrome in Belarus.
