The Center for Independent Social Research (CISR) e.V. is a non-profit association founded in November 2015 in Berlin by social scientists, experts and civil society actors. The main objectives of this social and scientific association are supporting and implementing social science research projects and fostering the development of civil society in post-socialist countries.
