ProWomen By is a nonprofit organization based in Minsk. The goal of the project is to support young women in turning their ideas into a working business model and provide support of like-minded women to those who already have an existing business. Each year ProWomen By holds more than 30 events, which are attended by more than a thousand participants, and provides free online learning materials. ProWomen By makes a notable contribution to the visibility of women in business. ProWomen By finances itself through donations.
